I had an emergency today regarding my smoke alarm that wouldn't shut off. I figure that I had to replace all 9 of them. So I called BV Electric and ask if they had anyone who can come and install the new smoke alarms. They were all booked and I told them if I can just get someone to disconnect the smoke alarm and install later on. I gave them my phone number just in case if they had someone free. Sure enough I got a call from them and they said they can send someone. I was so happy. When they came they said they were able to install as well. They came pretty much on time. I was so grateful that they were able to do it.
